Professor Ingemar J. Cox appointed Fellow of international AI organisations

Professor Ingemar J. Cox, Director of our Hub, has been appointed a Fellow of the Industry Academy within the International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA), as well as a Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association - now known as The International Academy of Artificial Intelligence Sciences (AAIS) in recognition of his contributions to artificial intelligence research and leadership.

The AIIA aims to promote the rapid development of the AI industry as well as innovation and application. It also serves as a platform for collaboration across industry, research and academia.  

The AAIS aims to promote the development and application of AI in different fields of science and technology. AAIS gathers top scientists in different disciplines that can be combined with AI, AI related institutions, and entrepreneurs that have AI applications to drive innovation, development and application of AI.

Addressing complex global challenges requires technical excellence, as well as international cooperation - the Hub congratulates Professor Cox on these appointments.
